Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We currently can only offer items to customers in the United Kingdom. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
PRICING
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All UK prices include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
We may from time to time offer discounts and special offers on our goods and services. These discount codes and offers are only valid and available to use for the specified period of time mentioned in the offer, and must be applied at the time of the order. Only one promotional code can be used per order, and promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with student discounts, gift voucher codes, free delivery codes or other promotions. We reserve the right to refuse orders if a code is invalid. For refunds on orders where a discount has been applied, the amount refunded shall reflect the discounted price. Discounts and special offers online may not be available in store, and vice versa.
Student, Pard Card and Girls in Cornwall discounts are available to use in-store when a valid student ID or Pard Card is shown, and are not available online at this time. The discount offered to students, Pard Card and Girls in Cornwall card holders is 10%. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount promotion.
ORDERS & BILLING
Salt Art Supply Ltd will take payment at the time of the order, both online and in-store.
We reserve the right to amend, refund and cancel any order you place with us. This may be for any of the following reasons:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or description error
- Inability to authorise payment
We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift vouchers can be used in-store, at 24 Killigrew Street, Falmouth, Cornwall, TR11 3PN and online on our website, and are suitable for the purchase of any of our products. Gift vouchers purchased online will be emailed to the customer on the purchase date. If the total cost of your purchase exceeds the credit value, the balance must be paid for by debit or credit card. We can accept cash only in our physical store. Any refunds given for items purchased using gift vouchers will be in the form of credit for Salt Art Supply.
We cannot accept any responsibility for loss of gift voucher codes, damaged physical gift vouchers or expired gift vouchers. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-transferable. We reserve the right to cancel a gift voucher or gift card.
DELIVERY & POSTAGE
We offer standard delivery at £2.95 per order. All orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class. We aim to process and dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. The tracking provided will only update once delivery has been attempted. We typically expect Royal Mail's 2nd Class delivery to take 2-5 working days.
For orders of just one greetings card, we offer a reduced delivery charge of £0.85. This delivery option can be selected at checkout. These orders are sent untracked via Royal Mail 2nd Class and are subject to the same processing and delivery times as our standard delivery.
We offer free click & collect from our Falmouth store. If you select this option at checkout, your order will be available to collect within 2 working days. Orders are to be collected only when our shop is open, from Tuesday - Saturday, 10am - 5pm. We will send you an email notification to confirm once your order is ready to be collected. Please ensure you have a copy of the order confirmation, digitally or printed, to collect your order.
While we will try our best to ensure your parcel is delivered to you within the time frames stated at the top of this page, from time to time there may be issues outside of our control that may cause delays to your order. Demand during busier periods such as Christmas may also extend our processing and delivery times. We may add banners or checkout notes if we've implemented any extended delivery times or if we're aware of any delays, so please check carefully before purchasing. We will notify you as soon as possible of any unexpected delays to your order, but we can't be held responsible for issues that are outside of our control.
Please double check the delivery and contact details provided at checkout to avoid any issues dispatching and delivering your order. If any details need to be amended, please email us within 24 hours at hello@saltartsupply.co.uk to rectify the issue. We cannot amend details once your order has been processed and dispatched. If the order is returned to us or lost for reasons outside our control, we will have to charge again for postage to re-send the order.
RETURNS
We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To return an item, we ask that the item is returned to us in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You must have a receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for a refund. To make a return, you must contact us and all returns must be sent to the address as set out in our returns policy.
We’re not able to offer free returns, and all items must be sent back to us via a postage method of your choice. We advise choosing a tracked service to ensure the return arrives with us safely and promptly. All items are the customers responsibility until they arrive back with us. Certain items cannot be returned, such as gift cards, sale items, perishable and food items and custom products. We cannot offer exchanges at this time.
DAMAGED, FAULTY & MISSING ITEMS
If there are any issues with items purchased, including but not limited to damage, faulty items, missing items or incorrect items, you must get in touch with us immediately. All issues must be raised within 3 days of receiving your items. Any claims made after this time will be at our discretion. We may ask for photographic evidence of the damage and reserve the right to withhold a refund or replacement if this is not sufficiently provided.
We will notify you as soon as your refund has been approved and processed. Any refunds will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the unsuitable goods.
PROHIBITED USES
In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the terms and conditions, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable. You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
In no case shall Salt Art Supply Ltd, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these terms and conditions is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these terms and conditions, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
TERMINATION
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These terms and conditions are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these terms at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our services, or when you cease using our site. If in our sole judgement you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these terms we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our services (or any part thereof).
