UK Delivery

Our standard delivery charge is £3.75, via Royal Mail 2nd Class.

We offer a reduced postage charge of £0.95 for orders of just one greetings card. These orders are sent untracked via Royal Mail 2nd Class.

We aim to process and dispatch your order for delivery within 1-2 working days.

The tracking provided will only update once delivery has been attempted. We typically expect Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery to take 2-5 working days.

We offer free delivery for orders over £45, no code necessary! 


Click & Collect

We offer free Click & Collect from our Falmouth store. If you select this option at checkout, your order will be available to collect within 1-2 working days. Orders are to be collected only when our shop is open, from Tuesday - Saturday, 10am - 5pm.

We will send you an email notification to confirm once your order is ready to be collected. Please ensure you have a copy of the order confirmation, digitally or printed, to collect your order. If you've not received your confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folders or email us at

All orders are sent in strong cardboard envelopes or postal boxes to protect them during transit. 

All paper and packaging materials have been sourced from eco-conscious and sustainable suppliers. We've chosen recyclable and biodegradable packaging supplies over plastics where possible, including strong paper tapes and paper filler. 

If you've received a parcel that looks a little wonky, don't be alarmed - we also love to re-use the boxes and packaging we've received from our suppliers to ensure our business produces as little waste as possible.

Delivery Issues & Delays

While we will try our best to ensure your parcel is delivered to you within the time frames stated at the top of this page, from time to time there may be issues outside of our control that may cause delays to your order. 

We may add banners or checkout notes if we've implemented any extended delivery times at busier times, or if we're aware of any delays. We will notify you as soon as possible of any unexpected delays to your order, but we can't be held responsible for issues that are outside of our control.

Please double check the delivery and contact details provided at checkout to avoid any issues dispatching and delivering your order. If any details need to be amended, please email us within 24 hours at to rectify the issue. We cannot amend details once your order has been processed and dispatched.
