Produce lush and vibrant landscapes with this Sennelier oil stick set in six pigmented colours. Oil has been replaced with a neutral mineral wax to create these unique oil paints in stick form, allowing oil colour to be applied in a way similar to pastels.
Apply directly to your canvas or prepared board, or dilute with turpentine for use with brushes. Ensure the surface film is removed before use, which will re-form over a few days to protect the colour. For best results, apply in thin layers (no more than 1mm) and ensure each layer is completely dry before adding another. To varnish, a six month drying period is recommended as with traditional oil paints.
The Landscape set includes the following six Sennelier colours: 308 Indigo Blue, 833 Cobalt Green Light, 871 Bright Yellow Green, 444 Golden Brown, 707 Light Grey and 020 Iridescent White.
