Returns & Refunds

We have a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To return an item, we ask that the item is returned to us in the same condition that you received it, unused and in it's original packaging. You must have a receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for a refund.

As a small independent business, we're not able to offer free returns. All items must be sent back to us via a postage method of your choice. We advise choosing a tracked service to ensure the return arrives with us safely and promptly. All items are the customers responsibility until they arrive back with us.

Certain items cannot be returned, such as gift cards, sale items, perishable and food items and custom products.

We're not able to offer exchanges, but you're more than welcome to return any suitable items for a refund and make a separate purchase for the new item.

We ask that any issues are raised with us within 3 days of receiving your items. Any claims made after this time will be at our discretion.



We will notify you as soon as your refund has been approved and processed. Any refunds will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the unsuitable goods. Refunds typically take around 3 working days to process with your bank, but please do let us know if you have any issues or questions.
